Congratulations to the Freemasons on their nomination for a Grammy Award!
The pair have been nominated for their remix of Beyonce's "Deja Vu", which
also scored a no.1 hit in the UK Top 40 Singles Chart.
The nomination is for Best Remixed Recording (www.grammy.com) and they
are up against E- Smoove's remix of Bob Sinclair, Jacque Le Cont's remix of
Coldplay, Tiefschwatz/Tracey Thorn's remix of Buick Project, and Moto Blanco's
remix of Mary J. Blige.
The next single from Freemasons, "Rain Down Love", is No. 1 in all the club charts, and is already getting airplay on Radio 1 (B-listed), Kiss, Capitol and Galaxy.
"Rain Down Love", featuring Siedah Garrett, former Brand New Heavies singer who also duetted with Michael Jackson on "I Just Can't Stop loving You" and co-wrote "Man In The Mirror", is due out on Jan 8th.
The Original mix of Rain Down Love has been big all summer and now comes with new mixes from Walken, Phunkk Mob and Freemasons themselves and a great video to ensure the third and biggest hit to date for Freemasons ahead of their debut album "Shakedown". | |
