John Acquaviva's Top 100 Highest New Entry award

Congratulations John!

John Acquaviva has been presented with the coveted award for 'Highest New Entry' in the DJ Magazine Top 100 DJs poll at Fabric, London.

John's reaction: "This past year has been a real thrill and an invigorating one for me where working with new generation of artists and clubs has come round in a big way. Joining elite was a big part of it for me....working with people who understand and represent real djs, where clubbing comes from, and ...where its going..." His busy year has had many successes, notably his Acquaholic residency in Ibiza, no. 1 in the iTunes compilation chart for "Electro Deluxe vol. 2," and his record "Feedback/Zombie" (together with Madox/Luetzenkirchen respectively) hitting no. 1 in the Beatport chart. His achievements have been recognised by music fans, clubbers and industry heads elevating him to no.22 in the most talked-about DJ poll in the world.

John joined Elite at the end of '05 and has become an important part of our roster. He is a pleasure to work with and is an exceptional DJ, producer, label boss and entrepreneur. For his commitment to discovering new music and driving the scene forward through technologies like Beatport and Final Scratch, he thoroughly deserves this long-overdue accolade.
