This week Jim started a remix for We Love Muzik out of Italy. Lil' Dirty "Vintage" (Jim Rivers Remix) is due for release in August.
Jim has now completed the first track for an EP on John Digweed's Bedrock imprint and has started the second track this week. Being kept under wraps, but expect it to materialise quite soon in John's sets and we think it's one of his strongest tracks to date.
Lexicon Avenue have commissioned him to remix their forthcoming single 'Pursuit'on Forensic Records, due for release in late July. Jim also returns in November to Shindig alongside Audiofly.
John Digweed is heavily supporting Kos "Womb" (Jim Rivers Remix) [Familia Recordings] and featured it on his Transitions Radio Show last weekend.
July 17th sees Jim Rivers and Anil Chawla kick off a 5 date tour for Global Underground of South America including Guatemala, Peru, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires and Cordoba.
"Ron Hardy Said", the new Jim Rivers collaboration with Paolo Mojo is tentatively set for release at some stage this summer on Mouseville with a remix from Cirez D. More news to follow. | |
