It was brought to our attention that Josh Wink was incorrectly advertised as playing at La Gare, Turin on New Years Eve.
This was an illegal promotion as Josh never confirmed to play this party nor did Elite ever agree to this booking.
Our Italian colleague was notified and asked the club and promoters to remove all advertising of Josh's name on their website and posters. However, this was clearly not done as the flyer is still on their website:

Both Josh and Elite would like to apologise to anyone who attended this event expecting to see him play, however, we would again stress that he was never confirmed to play the party and the promoter remains solely responsible for their actions.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our DJ's are not falsely advertised to be playing a party, we are not always made aware of it until its too late. | |
